1968 Trans Electric Co. Founded by Mr. James Wang. Started producing electronics accessories.
1972 Started production of TV Antennas, Boosters, and MATV amplifiers.
1975 Started supplying CATV system equipments to Warner Cable Systems (USA).
1982 Became world largest supplier for TV Antennas and Boosters.
1984 Started supplying CATV converters to Radio Shack (USA)
1987 Became a top one supplier of 140 channels Stereo TV Tuners and Receivers.
1989 Established Factory at Xiamen, China. Started supplying Volume Control CATV Converters.
1992 Established CATV Technology Center and laboratory for providing complete services.
Signed the agency and technology cooperation contract with PHILIPS and ZENITH.
1995 Obtained ISO 9002 certification & completed Product Reliability System.
OEM supplier to Matsushita CATV Division (Japan).
Established New Factory in Shenzhen, China, for Consumer Electronics Products
Developed 181 channels TV/CABLE Converters & 860MHz CATV Amplifiers.
1998 OEM supplying Indoor TV & AM/FM Antennas to JENSEN (USA)
1999 Started supplying CATV Amplifiers to Panasonic CATV Division (Japan)
2000 Started supplying CATV Amplifiers to Motorola (USA)
Started supplying New Design R&TTE approved 2.4GHZ Wireless System
2001 Obtained ISO 9001: 2000 Certification. & Started developing Multimedia Business
2002 Started Supplying New Design LCD TV Box & Gaming VGA Box
2003 Started supplying HDMI products, established standard antenna testing Lab.
